Excellent Service. Michael arrived punctually at my new build in Glasgow last Friday. I was very impressed as I watched him in action. He identified 113 issues in my so-called luxury development, after the developer has repeatedly promised I would have virtually no snagging! He spent abount 2 and a half hours in my property then emailed me the report within an hour or so of his departure. The report itself was very professionally presented and provided me with exactly the evidence I needed to galvanise the developers into addressing the many issues preventing me from enjoying my new apartment. Superb service from start to finish!!! The online booking system is easy and the report was in my possession before Michael even left my home! Having travelled half the country Michael arrived on time almost to the minute!!! He spent several hours preparing his report and my goodness im so glad I chose his professional services.
