An effective snagging report is one that identifies and assists the developer in improving their own working practice throughout the build stages, which in turn will help limit the amount of time spent in the final stages of build and deliver your houses on time.
The team at MDR can help benefit best business practice by conducting mid build inspections on units before issues are identified too late and then become more complicated to resolve later on in the build process.
