Professional snagging is a core part of what we do. As leading experts with a vast array of experience, our snagging reports are undertaken by professionals accredited within the construction sector and are designed to check and identify defects within newly built properties to enable purchasers to work with their developer in getting these resolved promptly.
Under the remit of the new homes quality code, it is important to understand that only accredited body professionals recognised by the code are allowed to undertake new home inspections. All of our surveyors are recognised under the RPSA affiliation (Residential property Surveyors Association) and undertake inspections within the guidelines of the NHQB checklist.
All of our Snagging reports are photographed with a description of the identified defect. The report comes within a formatted document, easy to then send onto the developer without delay. All of our reports are issued within 24-48 hours of the visit.
By clicking on the link below, you can see examples of how the report will be presented. If requested, we can also send a spreadsheet version of the document to enable you to track the items being completed by the developer.
