Photographed Reports

All of our pre-inspection reports are photographed with a description of the identified defect. The report comes within a formatted document, which is easy to then send onto the relevant party. All of our reports are issued within 3-5 Day of the visit.

Accompanied Pre-Purchase Inspections

We can provide a Verbal synopsis of our observations designed to allow a prospective purchaser to either attend and observe any highlighted issues whilst at the property in an ‘Eyes wide open’ approach to the property or we can report by telephone. With this service there is no written report.

Effective Property Surveying

The team at the MDR Group use an effective and proactive approach to undertaking these inspections, ensuring we cover all aspects of the property. Our reports are concise and easy to understand in which you can then make financial decisions based upon our findings.

Property inspections handled by experts

For both buyers and sellers, knowing the true value of a property is important to obtaining the most profitable deal for both parties. Buyers need to know they are getting value for money and sellers need to know they are getting a fair price for their property. An independent Pre-purchase building inspection highlights to both parties the condition of the property and allows potential buyers to estimate the costs of rectifying the defects before agreeing a price.

What our clients say

Speech marks

Michael was brilliant. Great communication before hand to help us sort out a date and explain the process before he came to us.When with us, Michael spotted over 70 snags with many things we would never have noticed until it was too late. In general though, it was a pleasure to have Michael in our home and the service he gave was fantastic. If you’re getting a new home I would highly recommend getting a home inspection to give you that peace of mind and I would equally recommend using MDR.

Speech marks

I would highly recommend MDR Home Inspections, the ease of booking and arranging my inspection was second to none and the service I received during my inspection was brilliant. They were so friendly and also thorough, there was no time restraints which meant MDR could give me advice on the snags they had found and how they recommend these be resolved. Their knowledge and advice gave me the confidence to speak to my builder after my inspection and from the response I have received so far, shows me their advice was spot on.

Speech marks

We used Mike’s services after having a full flat refurbishment. He was extremely thorough and brought to our attention many problems that were not at first obvious. It’s been very helpful having a full report, bringing to our attention problems and issues with the work and reassuring us that we had good grounds to complain. The report has given us the confidence to approach the builders and point out their lack of quality in the work they did. Mike also offered advice on how to resolve the issues.
